Bielefeld – The Böllhoff Group, based in Bielefeld, has taken over the business operations of Stöger Automation GmbH with effect from 1 April 2026. The Königsdorf-based company will continue to operate under the name Böllhoff Stöger Schraubtechnik GmbH. The Stöger brand name will be retained.
