A new start in Königsdorf: Böllhoff takes over Stöger – site and jobs to be retained

This move secures a total of around 70 jobs at the Stöger site in Königsdorf. All 11 apprentices will be retained and will continue their training at Böllhoff Stöger Schraubtechnik GmbH. Existing customers will continue to be supplied with spare parts and service; current contracts and qualifications remain unchanged.

Ralf Adenstedt, Managing Director of the System Technology division within the Böllhoff Group, emphasises: “We aim to put Stöger back on a growth trajectory by leveraging Böllhoff’s expertise in fastening and assembly technology, as well as its international reach.”

The Böllhoff Group is an internationally active family-run business, now in its fourth generation, and a leader in fastening technology. With this acquisition, Böllhoff is also focusing on continuity in Bavaria: Stöger’s expertise and market presence are to be further developed in a targeted manner – for the benefit of customers, suppliers and employees at the Königsdorf site.
