STÖGER AUTOMATION GmbH sets the course for the future

To ensure the long-term viability and stability of the company, STÖGER AUTOMATION GmbH has initiated a targeted restructuring process under self-administration. The goal is to optimize structures, strengthen processes, and secure sustainable competitiveness. Business operations, production, and delivery capabilities continue without restrictions and in the usual high quality.

STÖGER is being supported in this process by the experienced restructuring specialists from Planer & Kollegen, Landsberg am Lech, as well as by Dr. Marc Zattler, who acts as the court-appointed custodian. Together, they are working to position the company both organizationally and strategically for the years ahead.

Important progress has already been made in recent weeks: financial and administrative matters have been clarified, a creditors’ committee has been successfully established, and new payment terms have been negotiated. At the same time, internal workflows are being analyzed and purposefully improved by external process experts to further enhance efficiency, transparency, and delivery performance.

Throughout the restructuring process, STÖGER remains financially stable and reliable. Ongoing monitoring by the restructuring team and the custodian ensures that all payment obligations are met in full and on time. All orders, deliveries, and services are being carried out as agreed – our customers and partners can continue to rely on the highest standards of quality and dependability.

“In the current global economic environment, it is clearer than ever how essential innovation and adaptability are to succeed in a changing market. With the strength of our team and the innovative power of our products, we are meeting these challenges – with a clear focus on the future of our customers,” emphasizes the management.
